What You'll Be Doing:
As an AI and Automation Specialist, you will help design and implement intelligent solutions and automated processes that enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Design and develop AI-driven solutions to solve business problems
Build and maintain automated workflows using RPA and/or low-code/no-code platforms
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models where applicable
Monitor and improve performance of AI systems and automated processes
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices
Document processes, models, and workflows for knowledge sharing and compliance

What You'll Bring:

Experience in AI, machine learning, automation, or related domains
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms, scripting, or workflow tools)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
Knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and visualization tools
Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and microservices architecture
Exposure to low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath, Make.com, N8N)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving technology landscape
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
