We’re helping a fast-growing consulting and digital strategy organization find a Corporate Communications & Marketing Manager to build and scale its online presence across multiple platforms.

This role requires a communicator who can take complex strategic insights, frameworks, and models — and transform them into accessible, high-impact thought leadership. You’ll work closely with the founder to craft a compelling digital presence that reflects top-tier consulting standards.

Part-Time: 20 hours/week to start (transition to full-time after ramp-up)
Schedule: Swiss working hours
Location: Fully Remote
Engagement: Independent Contractor (PH-based candidates preferred)
Start Date: ASAP (December 2025)
Monthly rate: $800-$1120 (based on a 20-hour workweek, depending on level of experience)

Key Responsibilities

Content Transformation & Thought Leadership

  • Convert deep strategic material (frameworks, white papers, client insights) into:

    • LinkedIn thought leadership posts

    • Long-form articles (Medium, blog)

    • Short-form content for X, Instagram, Facebook

    • GitHub technical snippets

    • Video scripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn

    • Reddit threads and community discussions

  • Simplify complex concepts in digital strategy, AI transformation, or business models without losing depth.

  • Ensure brand voice, messaging, and narrative consistency across all platforms.

Social Media & Community Management

  • Set up, optimize, and manage multi-platform presence including:
    LinkedIn, X, Medium, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, GitHub, Reddit

  • Create and publish posts, captions, thumbnails, and visual content (in collaboration with the designer).

  • Maintain a posting calendar and ensure consistent publishing cadence.

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and engage meaningfully within relevant communities.

  • Participate in online groups, forums, and conversations aligned with the founder’s expertise.

Strategic Communications

  • Build a multi-platform communications strategy that strengthens the company’s market positioning.

  • Develop a pre-event visibility plan to elevate the founder’s profile ahead of major milestones (e.g., high-level global summits).

  • Monitor industry trends in tech, AI, and digital strategy and incorporate insights into content.

  • Collaborate with the designer to maintain cohesive visual storytelling and brand identity.

What We’re Looking For

Professional Background

  • Experience in corporate communications, B2B content marketing, consulting, or digital strategy (at least 5 years).

  • Proven ability to communicate with C-suite and enterprise audiences.

  • Track record of building founder or executive-level thought leadership brands.

  • Familiarity with AI, digital transformation, or a quick learner capable of understanding technical topics.

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional copywriting and narrative-building skills.

  • Strong content repurposing abilities — extracting 20–30 pieces from a single asset.

  • Expertise in managing multi-platform social presence.

  • Strong project management and ability to coordinate with founders and designers.

  • Excellent brand voice development and consistency.

  • Ability to simplify difficult concepts without losing nuance.

  • High attention to detail and polished execution.
