Social Media Manager (Luxury Real Estate and Design)
We’re seeking a creative and design-driven Social Media Manager to lead the online presence of a high-end architecture and design firm specializing in authentic villas and resorts across Bali and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes aesthetics, understands luxury storytelling, and thrives in a remote, self-managed environment.
Part Time (20 hours/week)
Remote (PH working hours)

Monthly Compensation: $400-800 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do
Manage and grow the client’s main Instagram account and several project-specific pages
Build and execute social growth strategies for TikTok and Pinterest
Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand identity and seasonal cycles
Write thoughtful, on-brand captions and use relevant tags/hashtags
Collaborate with the internal content and design team to review and optimize visuals
Track performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results
Stay ahead of visual content trends in architecture, hospitality, and lifestyle
Reply to comments and DMs in a way that reflects the brand’s tone and quality
Must-Haves
1-2 years of experience managing social media for design, architecture, hospitality, or luxury real estate brands
In-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest — including platform trends, formats, and strategies
- Strong visual and aesthetic instincts aligned with high-end tropical architecture
- Familiarity with Instagram/Meta ads
Proven ability to write engaging, brand-aligned captions
Comfortable using planning and scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Planoly, etc.)
Self-motivated, organized, and reliable in a remote environment
Available part-time during Bali/PH working hours
Nice-to-Haves
Background in Southeast Asian or Bali-based property and resort marketing
Basic graphic design or video editing skills for Reels/TikToks (Canva, Adobe Suite)
Experience with Pinterest SEO and visual search strategies
Interest in sustainable design, craftsmanship, and architectural storytelling
Photo editing or curation skills
