We are seeking a highly capable, forward-thinking AI Content Creator/AI Video Editor. We need a high-level, sales-focused specialist who can seamlessly blend cutting-edge AI technology with traditional video editing mastery and deep consumer psychology to drive massive conversions.

Your core mission is to scale the digital presence and revenue of a world-renowned sports medicine, biomechanics, rehabilitation, and human performance expert. You will be the powerhouse engine behind the sales of a primary medical recovery device, responsible for creating high-converting VSLs and hyper-realistic AI-UGC.


Full-time: 40 hours per week
Remote: Fully remote (3:00 PM–11:00 PM Central Time / GMT-5)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor (client based in the US)
Monthly Rate: $1000-2000 (based on a 40-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Avatar & Clone Management:
    • Create and manage high-fidelity, language-specific AI clones (one specialized clone per target language).
    • Maintain 100% consistency in tone, flawless execution, and medical credibility across all localized versions.
    • Master the technical quality of avatars, including advanced voice modulation, seamless lip-syncing, and an authoritative delivery.
  • Direct Response VSLs & AI UGC:
    • Design and edit high-converting Video Sales Letters (VSLs) for our medical recovery device, utilizing AI avatars to build deep trust and drive sales.
    • Develop authentic, relatable User-Generated Content (UGC) style ads using AI to generate powerful social proof at scale.
    • Rapidly produce winning variations of hooks and CTAs for Meta, YouTube, and TikTok based on real-time performance data.
    • Implement cutting-edge AI voice and video localization to ensure the educational experience feels natively produced in every target language.
  • Design & Brand Support:
    • Provide sleek graphic design support for key product assets, marketing collateral, and website modules.
    • Ensure all visual designs align perfectly with the brand’s high-end, medical-authority aesthetic.
Role Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in traditional video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut). You must deeply understand pacing, color grading, and narrative structure before applying AI layers.
  • Proven, hands-on experience with AI video and avatar tools (Higgsfield is highly preferred, plus OpenArt, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Kling, Seedance).
  • Experience creating high-performing video content (VSLs/Ads) specifically for e-commerce, ideally for physical products or medical tech.
  • Experience working with long-form, knowledge-heavy content. You must be able to digest dense medical information and intuitively structure it into captivating video.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a readiness to jump into frequent syncs and collaborative strategy meetings directly with the owner.
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for design and brand support.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a big plus!
