We’re hiring a Project Manager for a company that supports digital and creative agencies by streamlining project delivery, optimizing workflows, and ensuring team accountability. Their mission is to help agencies scale efficiently without the burden of building in-house operations teams. In this role, you’ll manage up to four client accounts (approximately 2 hours per client per day) and take ownership of full-cycle project management, process improvement, and the implementation of their custom operating system. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and brings strong leadership to client-facing operations.
Location: Remote (9AM–5PM GMT)
Type: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP (1-month onboarding and training period)
Salary: $1000/month (based on 8-hours/day)
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Take ownership of project execution, ensuring smooth delivery and efficiency. Use their platform and proven strategies to streamline workflows, remove blockers, and maintain clear communication.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize resource distribution using data and analytics to meet project needs, prevent miscalculations, and maximize project success.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate teams through a clear internal cadence, regular touchpoints, and structured communication to ensure alignment, reduce errors, and keep projects on track.
- Workflow Reporting: Provide detailed workflow reports that visualize project progress, statuses, timelines, and key milestones, helping stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Capacity Reporting: Deliver reports on team workload, availability, and task distribution to identify resource gaps, prevent overload, and maintain balanced, efficient teams.
- Profitability Reporting: Track revenue, costs, and margins to provide clear insights into account profitability and support strategic decision-making.
- Cadence Implementation: Establish and maintain a consistent project cadence to ensure accountability and structured collaboration between clients and internal teams.
- Operating System Implementation: Deploy and manage the client’s purpose-built operating system that streamlines workflows, automates task creation, tracks client health, and improves team accountability.
Requirements
- ClickUp Expertise – Proven experience in ClickUp: setting up workflows, automating processes, and executing SOP-driven task management.
- End-to-End Project Management – Ability to manage multiple client projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met consistently.
- Experience in Digital Agency Operations – Background in digital/creative agencies, eCommerce, or tech-enabled service businesses.
- Strategic and Hands-On – Skilled in high-level planning and execution; capable of improving workflows and upskilling client teams.
- Project Management System Implementation – Comfortable implementing structured PM systems and providing training and support. Strong leadership and experience managing client teams is essential.
