Senior Graphic Designer
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong corporate background and a refined, minimalist aesthetic aligned with the standards of top-tier firms like McKinsey & Company and Harvard Business Review. You will play a key role in elevating our strategic communication and brand presence through high-end visual content.
You will transform complex concepts, particularly around AI, strategy, and transformation frameworks, into clear, elegant, and highly professional visual materials.
Full time: 40 hours per week
Remote: Fully remote, CET working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Monthly Rate: $1200-2000 (based on a 40-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Content Design & Formatting
- Take existing materials (white papers, playbooks, frameworks, templates, reports, how-to guides) and design them into polished, publication-ready formats.
- Elevate raw content into visually cohesive assets that strictly follow a clean, consultant-grade aesthetic.
- Maintain consistent layout structure, typography hierarchy, and corporate identity across all materials (Editorial Design).
- Visual Asset Creation
- Design infographics, diagrams, charts, and data visualizations that simplify and communicate complex ideas with clarity.
- Create visual assets for the website, social media, and presentations, ensuring alignment with high-end consulting design standards.
- Develop or refine visual guidelines for ongoing content production.
- Branding & Visual Consistency
- Ensure all visuals reflect a premium, minimalistic, and strategic brand identity.
- Help establish a scalable design system to support future content growth.
- Partner with leadership to ensure design choices consistently reinforce the company’s positioning as a high-level strategic consultancy.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years experience in graphic design, ideally within Consulting, Corporate Communications, and/or Research environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating McKinsey & HBR-style clean layouts and design principles.
- Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Figma (or similar tools).
- Proven ability to produce strategic frameworks and minimalistic infographics.
- Strong understanding of: Visual hierarchy, white space usage, editorial design, and publication layout principles.
