We are currently building a specialized Talent Pool of high-output Ad Designers to support our partner marketing agencies and e-commerce brands. We are looking for designers who can thrive in this high-volume environment by leveraging AI to maintain both speed and creative excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Rapidly producing high number variations of ad creatives per campaign to support aggressive A/B testing.
  • Utilizing AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, etc.) to generate backgrounds, enhance product photos, and accelerate the design process.
  • Creating static images, carousels, and "collection" assets designed specifically for the Meta feed and Stories.
  • Taking the "winning" 5% of your designs and quickly spinning up 10 more variations based on what the data shows is working.
  • Ensuring that even at high volume, all assets remain consistent with the client's brand identity.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven background in designing specifically for Direct Response/Performance Marketing (not just general branding).
  • Ability to produce high-quality work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to assist in asset creation, background removal, or image expansion.
  • A clear understanding of "The Hook," "The Offer," and "The CTA" within a visual layout.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience working within a fast-paced Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Basic motion/GIF creation skills to add subtle movement to static ads.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify and how they integrate with Meta catalogs.
