An Australian leader in automotive protection delivering premium Gtechniq paint, fabric, and leather coatings alongside 3M paint protection film and custom vehicle wraps is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist ready to take the wheel and drive all digital marketing efforts from strategy to execution.
Work Hours: Part-time (15hours/week but can transition to more hours); AU timezone
Work Set-up: Fully-remote, PH-based candidates, Independent Contractor
Salary: $480-660/month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Advertising
- Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Build strategic, local-service–focused ad funnels
- Run continuous analysis, A/B testing, and performance refinement
- Drive stronger lead volume while lowering CPL
- Deliver clear, actionable reports that highlight results and next steps
2. Social Media Management
- Develop and execute platform-specific strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain a consistent content calendar
- Create eye-catching graphics, banners, and simple creative assets
- Track performance, boost engagement, and expand overall reach
- Strengthen brand visibility across all major channels
3. Email & Newsletter Marketing
- Plan, build, and launch targeted email campaigns
- Create clean, visually appealing newsletter designs
- Segment audiences for relevant, high-impact messaging
- Run re-engagement flows and promotional campaigns
4. Branding & Creative
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints
- Produce simple design assets when needed
- Lead creative direction and develop fresh content ideas
5. Reporting & Communication
- Provide weekly progress updates via email
- Deliver monthly, easy-to-understand reports
- Offer clear insights, recommendations, and next actions
- Senior-level digital marketer with 5+ years of experience (strongly preferred)
- Strong performance marketing background, especially with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred
- Familiarity with local service businesses such as car tinting, detailing, automotive services, or trades
- Good design ability, including basic banners, ad creatives, social graphics, and newsletters
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to plan and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proactive, takes initiative, and does not require constant direction
- Confident in presenting reports, insights, and clear recommendations
- Independent and capable of managing the entire marketing function
- Experience running local lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of CRM systems for email marketing
- Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails, and promotional content
