We’re helping an investment and advisory firm find a Financial Analyst to support financial modeling, analysis, reporting, and client presentations. This is a unique opportunity to work directly on M&A, private equity, and venture capital projects while developing commercial insights that influence high-level decision-making. The role is designed for growth, with the potential to evolve into a more senior position over time.

Part-Time: ~20 hours/week 
Schedule: CET working hours 
Location: Fully Remote
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Monthly Rate: Open, depending on level of experience

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for investment and strategic projects

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, interpreting complex data into actionable insights

  • Prepare detailed spreadsheets, balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports

  • Create high-quality client presentations in PowerPoint to communicate strategies and recommendations

  • Support financial reporting and internal documentation

  • Collaborate on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions

  • Apply a basic legal understanding of corporate and international structures in analyses

  • Partner closely with the CEO to provide commercial insights and strategic input

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Venture Capital

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling

  • Strong grasp of accounting principles, balance sheets, and P&L statements

  • Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proficient in data analysis and financial reporting

  • Commercially minded with strong business acumen

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable with the highest integrity

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or senior executives

  • Exposure to international business structures and cross-border finance

  • Familiarity with financial due diligence processes
