Sales Representative (KYC Solution for Hotels - Remote)

We are seeking experienced Sales Representatives to spearhead lead generation and schedule demonstrations of an innovative hotel guest identity verification platform. You will be responsible for proactive outreach, strategic prospecting, and setting qualified appointments that will drive new business growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust lead pipeline utilizing platforms such as Apollo and LinkedIn.
  • Multichannel Outbound Campaigns: Strategize and execute email, LinkedIn, and cold call campaigns using tools like Smartlead or Instantly.
  • Direct Outreach & Cold Calling: Conduct targeted outreach and effective cold calling to hotel managers and owners.
  • Schedule Online Demonstrations: Successfully schedule qualified online demonstrations with our sales team.
  • Lead Follow-Up & Conversion: Diligently follow up on leads and manage the appointment setting process.
  • Post-Call Support: Provide post-call support and materials to assist the sales team.
  • Market Intelligence & Feedback: Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales development or lead generation experience.
  • Proven ability to book qualified meetings and hit outreach KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound tools (e.g., Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong research and prospecting skills.
  • Proven experience with effective cold calling techniques.
  • Familiarity with the hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Basic understanding of technology or familiarity with KYC solutions.
  • Previous experience in sales within the UAE or broader Middle Eastern market (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage your own pipeline.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
