We’re hiring a detail-oriented, AI-savvy Content Writer to support a well-established bookkeeping firm based in Sydney, Australia. As the company expands its digital presence and launches new websites, we’re looking for someone who can assist with creating well-researched, accurate, and engaging content using tools like ChatGPT.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong writing sensibilities and a keen interest in AI-assisted content creation. You don’t need to be a professional writer — but you must be curious, precise, and enjoy working independently with tools that accelerate smart content production.

Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Schedule: 20 hours/week to start (Monday–Friday, 12PM–4PM AEST)
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Rate: $400-800/month (based on a 20-hour workweek, depending on level of experience)

Key Responsibilities

AI Content Writing & Editing

  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT to generate and refine articles, web content, and social media copy

  • Tailor AI prompts to match tone, style, and factual requirements

  • Revise and QA outputs to ensure accuracy and clarity

  • Collaborate with the client on content briefs and SEO-friendly structure

  • Help shape the digital voice across several website projects

Marketing Support

  • Work alongside the client to develop a clear content strategy

  • Track and maintain an internal content calendar

  • Suggest content angles based on industry trends and client services

  • Ensure outputs meet internal quality and originality guidelines

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong command of written English and an eye for nuance, tone, and structure

  • At least 2 years of experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools to create content

  • Understanding of prompt engineering or willingness to learn

  • Detail-oriented, patient, and capable of managing multiple content pieces with minimal supervision

  • Reliable communicator, with a professional and positive attitude

  • High sense of integrity when it comes to originality and output quality

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with the finance, accounting, or professional services space

  • Experience writing for small businesses or local service providers

  • Previous experience in marketing support roles (content calendars, newsletters, etc.)
