Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of the outreach and lead generation campaigns for Bamboo Works in the outsourcing, offshoring, BPO, and recruitment industries. We currently run basic campaigns, but we need a specialist who can build structured, results-driven campaigns that generate measurable outcomes.

Part time: 10 hours per week to start
Remote: Fully remote, PH working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create and maintain clean and highly targeted lead lists specific to the outsourcing/recruitment industry.
  • Write strong, persuasive, and personalized email copy designed to book meetings.
  • Design and execute continuous A/B tests on subject lines, body copy, CTAs, and timing for ongoing optimization.
  • Ensure high deliverability rates by managing sender reputation, monitoring bounce rates, and implementing best practices to avoid spam filters and consistently reach the inbox.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion rates, providing reports and using data to continually improve campaign effectiveness over time.
  • Drive significant lead generation, with a goal of achieving at least 20 booked meetings per month once campaigns are optimized.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or Campaign Manager, ideally focused on B2B lead generation, cold outreach, or the recruitment/BPO industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes and improve conversion rates.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to write direct, high-converting email copy.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability, IP reputation, list segmentation, and anti-spam best Reliable and proactive, capable of taking full ownership of the campaign strategy, execution, and reporting independently.
  • Familiarity with modern email marketing platforms and reporting tools.
