Graphic Designer

We're seeking a versatile and design-savvy Graphic Designer to support a creative director working across several small businesses and client brands. This role plays a hands-on role in producing high-quality, creative visual content for a diverse client portfolio, working collaboratively, with keen attention to detail, and a passion for crafting standout brand and marketing designs.

Monthly Starting Salary: $1280+ (Flexible depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

Create engaging graphics for social media, print materials, branding, websites, presentations, and campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing and content team to develop design assets that align with project goals.
Design logos, brochures, posters, signage, templates, and a variety of promotional materials.
Maintain visual consistency across all brand platforms and touchpoints.
Effectively manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery.
Keep up-to-date on the latest design trends, tools, and software to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Who You Are:

3+ years of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
Have a strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding principles.
Can take creative direction well and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Possess excellent time management skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Have strong communication skills, able to articulate design concepts clearly.
