A fast-growing, Switzerland-based fashion brand in the wetsuits and water sports space is seeking a Senior Brand and Content Strategist to lead the evolution of its content ecosystem and maximize performance across digital channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Part-time: 16hours/week (can transition to more hours)
Work Set-Up: Fully remote, Independent Contractor
Work Hours: CET
Monthly Salary: $640-$960 (depending on experience)

As a Senior Brand and Content Strategist, you will own the brand’s written voice and drive the strategic direction of content across all channels for a luxury active swimwear brand.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Brand and Content Strategist, you will own the brand’s written voice and drive the strategic direction of content across all channels for a luxury active swimwear brand.
- Own and develop all written content across channels, including email marketing and newsletters, social media captions (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), LinkedIn posts, and website copy
- Define, refine, and maintain a consistent and distinctive brand voice across all touchpoints
- Lead content direction and provide clear guidance to design and editing teams to ensure brand alignment
- Translate brand positioning into compelling, high-converting messaging for a luxury and lifestyle audience
- Optimize content for organic performance, focusing on SEO, engagement, and reach
- Collaborate closely with the founder and marketing team on campaigns, launches, and key initiatives
- Identify and execute opportunities for PR and media outreach to expand brand visibility
- Continuously refine messaging based on audience insights, performance data, and brand evolution
- Demonstrate a strong ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, engaging, and on-brand narratives
- 5–7+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or brand marketing
- Proven track record working with luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong command of the English language
- Ability to translate complex or technical product details (e.g., materials, performance features) into engaging, accessible, and on-brand messaging
- Strong capability to craft elevated, high-end messaging aligned with luxury brand positioning
- Solid understanding of content marketing, SEO, and organic growth strategies
- Experience operating in a strategic capacity, beyond executional delivery
- Self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with luxury or lifestyle brands
- Background in PR, media outreach, or brand partnerships
- Personal interest in or connection to the ocean, water sports, or marine lifestyle
