We’re looking for a Marketing Operations & Funnel Lead who combines strong funnel-building, copywriting, and optimization skills with the structure and reliability of a project manager. You’ll work directly with the founder to conceptualize, build, and optimize marketing funnels, while also dramatically improving internal workflows through automations. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on innovation and independent execution.
Part-time: Minimum of 20 hours per week (can grow to more hours)
Remote: Fully remote, CET working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Monthly Rate: $600-850 (based on a 20-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Funnel Building & Marketing Execution
- Design and implement complete marketing funnels, including landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, upsells, and thank-you pages (e.g., Freebie Funnels, Masterclass Funnels).
- Write and structure high-converting, persuasive copy for pages and emails in English, ensuring effective messaging across the entire customer journey.
- Collaborate with the founder on marketing and brand concepts, translating high-level ideas into actionable campaigns and ready-to-deploy funnel assets.
- Manage integrations between CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and funnel tools to ensure seamless data flow and user experience.
- Continuously analyze and optimize funnel performance, focusing specifically on improving conversion rates and user experience metrics.
- Project Management
- Independently manage your own workload and priorities, requiring minimal oversight.
- Use project management tools (like Asana) to plan, track, and deliver projects, coordinating timelines, milestones, and dependencies with internal stakeholders.
- Create accurate project timelines, estimate effort, and ensure all marketing initiatives stay on schedule and budget.
- Maintain an "agency mindset": structured, self-organized, deadline-driven, and quality-oriented in all deliverables.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in online marketing, funnel strategy, or conversion rate optimization.
- Proven, hands-on expertise in the end-to-end creation of high-performing funnels (landing pages, nurture sequences, upsells).
- Strong, demonstrable copywriting skills, with the ability to write persuasive marketing copy that drives action.
- Deep familiarity with funnel builders (e.g., Funnelbox, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or similar) and CRM/email platforms.
- Experience managing marketing projects using Asana or similar structured tools.
- Excellent self-management, communication, and organizational skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency would be a strong plus.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools like Make (Integromat) and how they apply to funnel workflows.
- General awareness of how AI tools (like ChatGPT) can be used to speed up marketing tasks, research, or content drafting.
- Experience writing or contributing to marketing and brand strategy documents.
