Photo and Video Editor

We are seeking a highly creative, versatile Photo & Video Editor to take visual ownership of content production for an innovative digital marketing agency. The agency specializes in crafting contemporary, hyper-personalized marketing and branding solutions for a diverse range of clients across industries like luxury hospitality, fashion/modeling, fine art, consumer products, healthcare, and technology.

Operating under a philosophy that looks beyond "business as usual," the agency provides professional, progressive guidance every step of the way. This position requires a flawless eye for premium aesthetics, strong traditional editing fundamentals, and the ability to seamlessly integrate modern AI-assisted editing workflows to elevate the clients' personal and corporate digital presence.

Part-time: 10 hours per week

Monthly Rate: Flexible, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

High-End Photo Retouching & Corporate Branding: Take raw assets from diverse industry shoots and elevate them to match clients' exact branding, tone, and prestige (e.g., editorial skin retouching for fashion models, clean lighting for product lines, or warm, aspirational palettes for luxury resorts).
Dynamic Short-Form Video Production: Transform raw production footage into rhythm-driven video reels, high-energy TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that naturally command attention within the first split-second.
Cinematic After-Movies & Portfolios: Edit and produce engaging event recaps, launch after-movies, and sleek behind-the-scenes (BTS) content that showcase the true atmosphere and lifestyle of corporate and personal brands.
AI-Enhanced Workflows: Pioneer the integration of modern AI creative tools into the daily editing framework, leveraging intelligent upscaling, generative composition expansions, object removal, and AI frame-matching to achieve impossible shots with rapid turnaround times.

Who You Are:

3+ years of professional experience editing photos and short-form videos within the lifestyle, agency, fashion, or premium hospitality sectors.
Expert command over the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or DaVinci Resolve.
Practical, hands-on familiarity with modern generative design modules (e.g., Photoshop Generative Fill, Topaz Labs for upscaling, AI rotoscoping, or equivalent smart-plugins).
Experience in using AI Video Tools (Heygen, VEO, or similar)
A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to pivot effortlessly from a clean, professional healthcare or tech layout to a moody, high-contrast fashion editorial.
An exceptional ear for sound design and pacing, knowing how to cut video seamlessly to the beat of an audio track to maximize viewer retention.
Flawless English communication skills to collaborate cleanly with a remote, global team.
