GHL Automation and AI Agent Specialist

Remote
Full Time
Mid Level

We’re helping a fast-growing AI-first technology company in the automotive services industry find a highly technical, detail-oriented specialist to refine and improve their live AI voice agents.

You’ll play a crucial role in the post-launch phase, where the real challenge begins, by monitoring conversations, troubleshooting issues, optimizing prompts, and managing low-code automations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, thinks like an engineer, and enjoys unpacking complex issues without needing a script or SOP.

Full-Time: 40 hours/week
Schedule: AU business hours
Location: Fully Remote
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Start Date: ASAP
Monthly Compensation: US$1200-1600 (depending on level of experience)

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Performance & Refinement

  • Monitor live AI agent calls through dashboards and call logs.

  • Analyze low-scoring calls to identify logic issues, unnatural phrasing, or pronunciation errors.

  • Implement nuanced fixes to AI prompts to improve tone, accuracy, and customer experience.

  • Apply client feedback (via Teams) directly into prompt refinement and template adjustments.

Low-Code Workflow Management

  • Troubleshoot and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows powering agent actions (SMS, email, contact lookup, etc.).

  • Identify and resolve automation failures, incorrect logic paths, or output inconsistencies.

  • Ensure workflows and prompts work seamlessly together in real-world conditions.

Advanced Problem-Solving

  • Act as the primary troubleshooter for post-launch agent issues.

  • Diagnose unique, non-documented problems and implement independent solutions.

  • Think critically to uncover root causes across prompts, workflows, and system logic.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Requirements

  • Exceptional problem-solving ability — the #1 requirement; you must thrive on diagnosing and fixing nuanced issues.

  • High proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL), specifically workflow automation (at least two years).

  • Foundational AI/prompt knowledge with the ability to understand prompt logic and identify cause of errors.

  • Strong technical mindset & high attention to detail, especially in language and logic.

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn — someone genuinely interested in AI and continuous improvement.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with automation tools like Make or Zapier.

  • Familiarity with chatbot platforms (Voiceflow, Botpress, etc.).

  • Basic coding knowledge (Python or JavaScript) to interpret simple API payloads.

  • Exposure to the automotive dealership industry.

Why This Role

  • Join an AI-driven company at the forefront of voice automation.

  • Work on real-world AI systems where your changes immediately impact performance.

  • Full ownership over a deeply technical role — perfect for someone who loves solving puzzles.

  • Learn directly in an environment where AI, automation, and low-code tools intersect.
