Website Marketing Manager (Sports Tech, Golf)
We’re hiring a Website Marketing Manager to support a pioneering sports technology company helping golfers improve performance through video analysis, data insights, and powerful digital tools. This role is perfect for someone with strong digital marketing experience who wants to lead web strategy, conversion, and SEO efforts in a high-growth, athlete-centered environment.
Part-time: 20 hours/week
Remote: Work-from-home (PH-based preferred)
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Rate: US$800-1200 (based on a 20-hour workweek, depending on experience level)
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and evolve the website as a key marketing and revenue channel
Execute website campaigns, updates, and launches alongside content, design, and dev teams
Drive organic traffic through strategic SEO (including AIO and GEO) planning and execution
Analyze user behavior, traffic, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and similar tools
Identify and implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) improvements
Lead landing page optimization to support lead generation, user engagement, and sales growth
Oversee A/B testing initiatives and customer journey mapping
Maintain brand consistency and ensure excellent user experience (UX) across all digital touchpoints
Track competitor activity and stay up-to-date with marketing and tech trends
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in website/digital marketing roles
Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proven expertise in SEO, analytics, UX design, and conversion strategies
Proficient with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and marketing tools (GA, GSC, Tag Manager)
Creative yet data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and project management skills
Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, tech-enabled business
Nice to Have
E-commerce experience
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
Familiarity with PPC and retargeting strategies
Interest in sports and golf
