Senior Front-End Developer - React and Svelte (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Front-End Developer (React + Svelte) who can help bring the product vision to life. This is more than a UI/UX role — you’ll be contributing directly to a real-time, data-rich platform used by sophisticated users.
 

What You'll Be Doing:

• UI/UX Development: Design and build modern, responsive user interfaces using both React and Svelte frameworks.
• Real-time Interface Development: Develop real-time features leveraging push/websocket flows for seamless data synchronization, notifications, and live updates.
• Data Visualization Integration: Work closely with the backend team to integrate dynamic data into rich and insightful visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards).
• SaaS & Marketplace Logic: Implement front-end logic for our SaaS web application, marketplace functionalities, and user notification system.
• Architectural Collaboration: Collaborate with another frontend developer and the CTO on key architecture and implementation decisions.
• Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and UX improvements based on overarching product goals and direct user needs.
• Code Excellence: Ensure the delivery of high-performance, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Ownership & Initiative: Take initiative and ownership of your work, effectively balancing execution speed with a focus on long-term code quality.
• Clear Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with the team, especially when working asynchronously across various time zones.

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of proven front-end development experience, with substantial expertise in both React and Svelte.
• Solid understanding and significant experience in developing applications utilizing push/websocket technologies.
• Proven ability to build interactive and data-driven user interfaces, including complex elements like charts, graphs, tables, and filters.
• Experience working with one or more data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Highcharts).
• Ability to collaborate effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, product-focused startup environment.
• You think beyond the code, understanding how your work directly supports the business objectives and impacts the end-user experience.
• Exceptional autonomy and self-management skills; capable of working effectively without close supervision.
• A clear and concise communicator who can navigate both technical and non-technical discussions effectively.
