Content Marketer
We’re hiring a skilled Content Marketer to join a mission-driven creative marketing agency that works with purpose-led tech brands across industries like FinTech, AdTech, HR Tech, and Climate Tech. This is a part-time, remote role focused on bottom-of-funnel content — ideal for a writer who understands how to create persuasive, high-converting assets.
Engagement details:
Part-Time | 15 hours/week (Monday–Thursday), with potential to transition to full time
Remote (PH-based) | UK working hours
Independent Contractor
$360-480/month (based on a 15-hour workweek/depending on experience level)
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative creative team, is experienced in technical content marketing, and can deliver compelling content that converts leads into customers. You'll work directly with the internal marketing and editorial teams to execute on strategy and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
Write high-quality, conversion-focused long-form content: whitepapers, ebooks, buying guides, newsletters, and case studies
Support SEO blog content and website copywriting
Adapt tone, style, and structure to match diverse client brands
Optimize content for lead generation and performance
Assist with PR and content promotion through media outreach and backlink building
Collaboration
Work closely with editorial leads, designers, and strategists
Attend strategy syncs and creative check-ins to align with client goals
Use productivity tools (e.g., Monday.com) to manage deliverables and deadlines
Requirements
3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial strategy
Strong portfolio of long-form content, preferably focused on bottom-of-funnel conversion
Deep understanding of SEO writing best practices
Excellent research, writing, and storytelling skills
Prior content experience in FinTech, AdTech, HR Tech, or Climate Tech
Experience with generative AI tools for research and content planning
PR and media outreach experience is a strong plus
Familiarity with Monday.com, Slack, and other remote collaboration tools
