QA Automation Engineer (TOSCA)
We’re hiring a skilled QA Automation Tester to support a large-scale European digital transformation program. You’ll work alongside test architects and development teams to execute and improve automated testing using Tricentis TOSCA and related tools. This is a long-term, full-time remote opportunity for someone with solid automation fundamentals and strong attention to detail.
Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
Engagement: Full-time | Long-term project | Independent Contractor
Time Zone: CET working hours
Experience Level: Mid-Level (3–5+ years QA experience)
Salary: Open, depending on level of experience
What You’ll Be Doing
Create and maintain automated test cases in Tricentis TOSCA
Execute test plans for functional, regression, and integration testing
Analyze test results and report bugs clearly and efficiently
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and test coverage
Contribute to test documentation and quality process improvements
Participate in test data preparation and environment setup
Requirements
3+ years of QA experience, including at least 1 year with TOSCA
Experience in writing and maintaining test cases in a model-based testing environment
Solid understanding of test lifecycle, defect management, and QA best practices
Familiarity with API testing, SQL, and basic scripting concepts
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum workflows and tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely
Nice to Have
Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps)
Basic knowledge of test frameworks outside of TOSCA (e.g., Selenium, Postman, REST Assured)
ISTQB Certification or similar
Experience in large enterprise environments (e.g., banking, insurance, logistics)
