Social Media and Content Creator for Property Investment

We are seeking a Social Media and Content Creator to be in-charge of digital marketing, content creation, and branding for property investment clients.

Part Time (12 hours/week) | Remote | Independent Contractor (AU working hours)
Salary: $6-8/hour
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media presence (primarily Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)

  • Create engaging content, from videos to email campaigns

  • Design marketing materials using Capcut and Photoshop

  • Develop email marketing and nurture sequences

  • Leverage tools like HubSpot and Metricool for client outreach
  • Conduct independent research on relevant property investment topics 
  • Generate fresh content ideas to support marketing campaigns and brand awareness

Requirements:

  • Proven social media and content management experience, at least 3 years of experience; ideally within the property investment/real estate industry (Australian market preferred) 

  • Proficient in design and content tools

  • Fluent English communication

  • Familiarity with CRM systems

Preferred:

  • Experience in the property or investment sectors
