We are seeking a versatile and results-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to support a leading Finance and Automotive Brokerage. This is a Marketing Generalist role designed for someone who can balance the creative side of organic social media with the data-driven side of paid advertising.

You will be responsible for maintaining the brand’s social presence, executing Meta campaigns, and supporting broader marketing efforts, including email marketing and landing page creation. We need someone who understands that in the competitive finance and auto space, a winning campaign is built through consistent testing and strategic optimization.

Part-time: 20 hours per week
Remote: Fully remote (client based in Australia)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Monthly Rate: $500-750 (based on a 20-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule and post organic content, managing a consistent content calendar for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta campaigns. You will be responsible for the technical setup and ongoing performance tracking within Ads Manager.
  • Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audiences to measure performance and improve results.
  • Assist in creating engaging captions, hashtags, and visuals using Canva (utilizing existing templates).
  • Utilize basic video editing skills to create simple, engaging multimedia content (Reels, Stories, or GIFs) for social feeds and ads.
  • Set up email marketing campaigns and design high-converting landing pages.
  • Draft compelling copy for social posts, emails, and various marketing materials tailored to the finance and automotive sectors.
Role Requirements (Must-Haves):
  • 3+ years of experience in managing social social media, and creating Meta advertising campaigns from within Ads Manager.
  • Direct experience with A/B testing and campaign optimizationyou know how to interpret data to make creative decisions.
  • Proficiency in Canva (or equivalent) and basic video editing/multimedia skills for social-first content.
  • Experience with email platforms (Brevo, Klaviyo) and landing page tools (GoHighLevel, Leadpages, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of paid campaign metrics (CTR, Engagement, Impressions, Conversion Rate).
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Previous experience in Finance or Automotive marketing.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and familiarity with CRM integrations.
