Video Editor - Promotional and Content (Remote) 

We're seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging, fast-paced promotional content for real estate agents, builders, and other businesses for social media and websites. Storytelling, pacing, and creative judgment are key!
 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Edit footage into polished videos following clear briefs.
• Select optimal shots and apply fast-paced editing for social media (including Reels) and web.
• Export multiple video versions as needed (main + short-form).
• Choose and apply music from royalty-free or licensed libraries.
• Perform video color grading and correction to enhance visuals.
• Communicate directly with clients for feedback, revisions, and creative alignment.
• Take ownership of the editing process with minimal supervision.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years professional video editing experience (promotional & social media preferred).
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve a plus).
• Strong creative instincts and ability to match or adapt editing styles.
• Ability to select appropriate music for video energy and tone.
• Skilled in video color grading and correction.
• Experience with photo editing (plus).
• Proactive communicator comfortable working independently.
• Open to feedback, able to iterate quickly, and confident in creative suggestions.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
