Digital Marketing Manager (Beauty / Skincare)
We’re hiring a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to support a well-established skincare clinic based in Australia. Known for combining advanced skincare treatments with boutique-level service, this clinic is looking to expand its digital presence and deepen engagement with new and existing clients.
This role is perfect for a marketing professional with a strong background in beauty, skincare, or wellness — someone who knows how to create meaningful, on-brand content and drive performance across social and email platforms.
Part-Time | 20 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
Timezone: AEST/AEDT — midday start, with flexible hours
Start Date: 1st or 2nd week of August
Location: Remote (PH-based preferred)
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Potential to increase to full-time based on performance
Rate: $560-800 (based on a 20-hour workweek, depending on level of experience)
What You’ll Be Doing
Content Strategy & Social Media
Plan and implement a content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Develop and schedule visual and written content including posts, Reels, Stories, and captions
Maintain a consistent brand tone, aesthetic, and publishing calendar
Engage with the community and monitor comment/DM activity
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
Lead the design, copy, segmentation, and A/B testing of campaigns
Analyze email performance and iterate based on open, click, and conversion rates
Analytics & Optimization
Track performance across platforms and deliver actionable insights
Contribute ideas to the broader marketing strategy (e.g., Google Ads, promotions, campaigns)
Stay on top of social trends, competitor moves, and consumer behavior
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in digital marketing, with focus on social and email channels
Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Klaviyo is required
Strong writing and editing skills — especially for beauty/skincare content
Proven ability to manage and grow content-driven communities
Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools for visual content creation
Familiarity with analytics platforms (Meta, Klaviyo, etc.)
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working remotely
Deep interest in or experience within the beauty/skincare industry
