We are hiring for a Sales Development Representative/Leads Generations Specialist to join a marketing and design agency, a professional photography studio, and a strategic business advisory firm. The company offers comprehensive startup packages for new entrepreneurs, creative branding, high-quality visual content, and expert business guidance to delivers everything a startup company needs to launch successfully. 

Work Hours: 40 hours/month (with potential to transition to full-time); EU working hours
Work Set-Up: Remote (PH-based); Independent Contractor
Salary: $200/month 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Plan, create, and execute targeted outbound email campaigns focused on prospects across Europe, especially in Switzerland, the Netherlands, and nearby regions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement personalization strategies to improve email engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize tools like Apollo and similar platforms to build precise lead lists and manage outreach pipelines.
  • Schedule meetings between new leads and Roel to facilitate sales conversations.
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date records of lead interactions, statuses, and communications in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and support paid advertising campaigns by following up with warm leads after summer.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance data and recommend actionable improvements to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
Role Requirements: 
  • Proven success in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in digital marketing or agency environments.
  • Experienced in cold email outreach using tools like Apollo, Lemlist, or Instantly.
  • Skilled in A/B testing, prospect list building, and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Confident and persuasive communicator, highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Familiar with the unique challenges of startups and small businesses.
Nice to Have: 
  • Comfortable with cold calling European business owners; confident English (experience preferred)
  • Experience generating leads for digital marketing
  • Familiar with Swiss and Dutch business cultures
  • Skilled in inbound lead conversion (e.g., paid ads)
  • Creative and open to testing outreach methods
