Bamboo Works, an international recruitment and staffing firm, is looking for a top-performing (remote) Sales Executive / Business Development Director to help us expand our client base and manage key accounts. We're a young and ambitious team dedicated to empowering remote professionals and providing top-tier staffing solutions to clients worldwide. We specialize in helping companies worldwide hire highly skilled remote talent in tech, finance, marketing, operations, and more. What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients in the UK, US, and AU through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other creative approaches.
- Leverage your own network to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and sales meetings to understand client needs and present Bamboo Works’ recruitment solutions.
- Create and send tailored proposals to clients based on their hiring requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client throughout the recruitment process—liaising with our internal recruitment team, sharing role briefs, and ensuring we deliver top-quality candidates.
- Present candidates to clients, gather feedback, and coordinate interviews.
- Onboard clients and ensure a smooth handover once the candidate is hired.
- Provide ongoing account management to maintain strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or additional support.
- Work closely with the founders to refine and optimize the sales process.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in sales & business development in the staffing & recruitment industry or outsourcing & offshoring sector.
- A strong communicator with excellent English skills, capable of building relationships and closing deals.
- Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable working in a startup environment where you can take ownership and drive results.
- Creative and strategic thinker who can experiment with new ways to generate leads and convert clients.
