Finance Operations Manager
We are hiring a highly reliable and detail-driven Finance Operations Manager to take full ownership of our financial operations and build scalable systems for the next stage of growth. This role requires someone who triple-checks their work, thrives on accuracy and structure, and has a track record of loyalty and long-term contribution in previous companies.
Our financial operations are not complicated, but precision and integrity are essential. This is not a simple support role — you will be responsible for designing, improving, and automating the financial backbone of the business.
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Engagement: Part-Time (10-20 hrs/week) → Full-Time
Working Hours: PH working hours (flexible)

Monthly Starting Rate: Competitive, based on experience
What You’ll Do
Financial Operations (Core Priority)
Take full ownership of the end-to-end invoicing process: creating, sending, following up, reconciliation, and payment tracking.
Improve and automate current invoicing workflows (currently manual and needs optimization).
Manage contractor and team payments and transition the business from manual one-by-one payments to a bulk payment system.
Oversee client agreements (pre-sourcing agreements, service agreements), ensuring they are sent, tracked, and followed up properly.
Ensure Sales and Operations teams remain accountable for their clients’ payments and agreements.
Organize all invoices and financial documents in Google Drive for the external accounting team.
Treasury, FX, and Payment Optimization
Research new banking, payment, and crypto payment options.
Coordinate with FX providers to reduce conversion fees across multiple currencies.
Assist in optimizing treasury and payment structures to improve profitability.
Systems, Automation, and Dashboards
Evaluate, implement, and optimize financial systems (Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.).
Build automated financial workflows, including invoicing, reminders, and collections.
Create SOPs and standardized processes for all financial operations.
Develop dashboards for revenue, margins, AR/AP, KPIs, and overall financial health.
Reporting and Compliance
Deliver monthly financial reports (P&L, revenue, margins, AR/AP).
Present insights such as cash flow, runway, churn, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Assist with compliance related to international operations and global payments.
Support payment dispute procedures and coordinate with legal partners where required.
Additional Responsibilities
Conduct research on events, awards, subsidies, investments, or other related opportunities.
Support special projects related to operational or financial optimization.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or similar roles.
Proven experience creating, improving, and automating financial systems and processes.
Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational discipline.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Experience with global payments, FX, and multi-currency finance operations.
High integrity and reliability; able to be trusted with sensitive information.
Demonstrated loyalty and growth in previous roles.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or professional services.
Familiarity with crypto payments and blockchain-related finance.
Experience with accounting tools and workflow automation.
Experience with dashboard building or financial data visualization.
