Content Marketing Specialist (Tech/Startups)
We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to develop and execute a content plan that positions a founder and his creative innovation studio as thought leaders in branding, venture capital, and regulated industries. This part-time, remote role offers flexibility and the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance.
Part-time (can transition to full time): Remote (CET working hours), independent contractor role
Starting Date: ASAP
Monthly Starting Salary: $640-1200 (based on a 20-hour workweek)
Responsibilities:
Create and manage a content strategy and editorial calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, and potentially other platforms
Write thought leadership articles, blog posts, and social media content that builds authority and drives engagement
Schedule posts and collaborate with the in-house design team to support visual content
Conduct online outreach and networking to connect with potential investors, clients, and partners
Track content performance and adjust strategies based on results
Requirements:
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a background in branding and positioning; with at least 3 years of experience in the same capacity
Deep understanding of social media platforms—especially LinkedIn and its algorithms
Familiarity with venture capital, startups, blockchain, or regulated industries
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make content decisions
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with direct communication
Bonus: Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, etc.) for creating simple graphics
Bonus: Experience working in both corporate and startup environments
