AI Automation Specialist (Marketing background)
We’re helping a marketing and operations company find an AI Marketing Automation Specialist to support multiple brands across e-commerce, subscription models, and food & beverage ventures.
The company operates both as a marketing partner (SEO, email, growth strategy) and as an operator/investor with equity in the businesses they support. This means the team is directly involved in scaling and optimizing businesses from the inside, not just executing campaigns.
The Role

You will take ownership of AI-powered marketing workflows and automation systems, working closely with both marketing and technical stakeholders.
This is a mid-level to senior, hands-on role for someone who can build, manage, and continuously improve automation systems — combining marketing understanding with technical execution.
The focus is on practical implementation, not experimentation.
