We're looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Manager to support a lifestyle e-commerce brand with hands-on content creation, social media execution, and other vital tasks. If you're ready to jump in and get things done, this junior to mid-level role is perfect for you!
Part-Time | 20 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
Timezone: AEST/AEDT
Location: Remote (PH-based preferred)
Engagement: Independent Contractor, Potential to increase hours
Rate: $400-560 (based on a 20-hour workweek, depending on level of experience)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create engaging content (copy, graphics, reels/videos) for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Build a content calendar and post regularly to drive organic engagement and following.
- Create weekly content for the email marketing newsletter to grow our 1000+ subscribers.
- Provide compelling ad copy for paid campaigns (ads are run by a separate specialist).
- Collaborate on Meta, TikTok, and Google ad copy and creatives (optional)
- Manage and respond to product-related inquiries on social platforms.
- Outreach and coordinate with influencers/brand ambassadors.
- Occasionally upload and update products on the Shopify website.
- Set up and manage Amazon and TikTok Shop accounts.
- Assist with coordinating shipping and handling product requests.
- Create a service catalogue for wholesale clients.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or lifestyle brand.
- Content creation skills, including strong writing, graphics, and video editing (reels).
- Proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts (organic content).
- You have the ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
- You possess strong English writing skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with email marketing tools.
- Experience managing influencer outreach.
- Familiarity with Amazon or TikTok Shop setup.
- Familiarity with Shopify (or willingness to learn with training).
- Campaign management or setup on Meta/Google/TikTok (preferred, not required)
- Background in e-commerce or lifestyle/fashion brands is a plus
