Implementation Consultant (Remote)

We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to join a certified monday.com implementation partner. As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients to understand their processes and deliver practical solutions using monday.com, automation tools, and integrations. This role is both client-facing and technical: you’ll engage with clients to gather requirements, then translate those into hands-on builds that deliver real impact.
 

• Part Time, 20 hours/week (with potential to grow into full-time)
• Location: Fully remote position
• Start date: January 12, 2026
• Working hours: Ideally structured across 2–3 days with longer working blocks rather than small daily shifts. Some overlap with AEST hours (9 AM–5 PM AEST) is required.
• Rate: $600-800 (depending on level of experience, based on a 20-hour workweek)
   

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and optimise workflows in monday.com (familiarity essential)
• Develop automations, integrations, and AI-powered solutions to streamline processes
• Use APIs and Python (or similar) to extend capabilities and connect systems
• Deliver training and onboarding sessions to drive client adoption
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across projects to ensure smooth delivery
• Collaborate with the team in agile sprint cycles, managing priorities and delivery timelines
• Continuously share ideas to improve how we deliver solutions and serve our clients
   

About you

Technical & Consulting Skills

• 2+ years’ experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, or solution delivery in the Technology Industry (eg. Salesforce) 
• Strong background in building workflows, integrations, and automations
• Hands-on experience with monday.com is essential
• Proficiency with APIs and Python is a strong advantage
• Comfortable presenting to clients, explaining solutions clearly, and managing expectations
